HS-C type hand hoist main parts are made of high-quality steel, is our company on the basis of HSZ type hand hoist integration of the world’s advanced technology improved products, but also a small hand pull, high safety factor, beautiful appearance, more practical hand hoist. The chain adopts 800MPA high-strength lifting chain, high-strength sufficient lifting hook, advanced alloy material.
HS-C type hand hoist has the following characteristics in design and use performance: safe and reliable, durable, good performance, easy maintenance, small size, light weight, easy to carry, small pull force and high efficiency, advanced structure, beautiful appearance.
HS-C type hoist lifting weight: 0.5 tons 20 tons. HS-C standard lifting height 2.5M-3M.
Hand hoist chain is boiled black or galvanized, not ordinary rolling finish. The process of boiling black is to increase the strength of the chain, and galvanized is for beauty and rust prevention. Hand hoist can also be made into upper and lower hook frame spray, the surface is smoother.
Rules for using hand hoist:
Overload is strictly prohibited. It is strictly prohibited to operate with other power than manpower. Before use, it must be confirmed that the machine is intact, the transmission part and the lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idling condition is normal. Check that the upper and lower hooks are fastened before lifting. Improper operations such as heavy objects hanging on the tip are prohibited.
The lifting chain should be suspended vertically, there should be no wrong twisted chain links, and the lower lifting hook frame of the double chain should not be turned over. The operator should stand in the same plane with the handsprocket and pull the hand chain, so that the handsprocket rotates in the clockwise direction, so that the weight can rise; Pull the hand chain in reverse and slowly descend at noon.
When lifting heavy objects, personnel are strictly prohibited from doing any work or walking under heavy objects to avoid personal accidents. In the lifting process, regardless of whether the weight rises or falls, the force should be uniform and gentle when pulling the chain, and do not exert too much force to avoid the hand chain jumping or clamping ring. If the operator finds that the hand tension is greater than the normal tension, it should stop using immediately.
